Live premiership action on Sunday sees defending champions Chelsea welcome Arsenal to Stamford Bridge with both teams looking to recover from shock defeats last week

The Blues were beaten 1-0 by Manchester City thanks to a lone goal from Carlos Tevez. Chelsea were unable to break down City's defence although they had plenty of chances during the game. Manager Carlo Ancelotti, who took a philosophical view of the loss, is dealing with an injury crisis at the club with Frank Lampard, Aalomon Kalou and Yossi Benayoun doubtful for this game.

Meanwhile Arsenal suffered a shock 3-2 loss to West Brom at the Emirates Stadium last week. Three goals from Peter Odemwingie, Gonzalo Jara and Jerome Thomas in the second half put West Brom 3-0 up before two goals from Samir Nasri gave the Gunners some hope. However the Baggies held on to consign Arsenal to an unpalatable defeat. Manager Arsene Wenger has copped some criticism ahead of this game for not buying a goalkeeper as the Gunners continue to leak goals. Wenger has chosen Lukasz Fabianski for the mid-week Champions League clash against Partizan, but it is unclear if he will retain his place for this one.
