Chelsea will be looking to maintain their recent superiority over Fulham by notching up a fourth straight win over the Cottagers when the two sides meet in their premier league encounter on Wednesday.
he Blues have made a great start to the season and have raced to the top of the table, opening up a five point lead over second placed Arsenal. Chelsea have looked invincible at home, winning all of the five games in front of their home fans and are yet to concede a league goal at the Stamford Bridge.
However manager Carlo Ancelotti will be aware that there are still a lot of games to be played in the season and will be keen to root out any complacency from setting in among his players as he looks to lead them to a second successive premier league title.
Fulham on the other hand will be hoping to end their poor away form by collecting at least a point against the Blues. The Cottagers have not won on the road in their last 22 games and manager Mark Hughes will be hoping to end that disappointing sequence on Wednesday.
